Frequently asked questions
Do you install the drive, or do we?
Installation is included in every plan. An engineer travels to your dock, mounts the unit and runs a calibration burn with your crew aboard.
What happens if a drive fails in transit?
Freight and Long Haul plans include 24-hour support. We keep spare units at three depots, and a replacement ships on the next outbound.
Can we retrofit an older frame?
Usually. Send us the frame number with your enquiry and we'll confirm before quoting. Frames built before 2977 need an adapter plate.
